Taking over the entire workshop “Atouts Cadres” dedicated to high level management professionals looking for a new challenge and mainly in a career transition. Provided by the AFOREM association and financed by the unemployment office as part of a reinsertion measure, the training is made of a two and a half day of theory and practical workshop. The aim is to support the participants, mainly directors and managers, to work on their image, (e-)reputation as well as to valorize their CV and get prepared for the job interviews. AFOREM has mandated the agency to:
- Define the new objectives and key chapters of the workshop, according to the Eduqua standards;
- Create a new course support and material;
- Provide the workshop over the course of 4 months (30% part-time, covering the former Atouts Cadres director’s leave) as well as the individual coachings aiming at improving the CV of the participants and challenging them during a job interview simulation;
- Offer them consulting and expertise on how to build their image and (e-)reputation according to their job perspective.
